organization, and all new purchases must be certified prior to

| CAD - CAM |
Utilizing computers to draft and control our machinery
provides a significant advantage to our manufacturing
facility. The accuracy and repeatability that comes with the
use of computerization minimizes cost while maximizing output, in
turn, allowing us to provide to our customers a better total package
of services. |

| AutoCAD 2002 |
Using the latest version of AutoCAD computer assisted
drafting system, we can design and draft any part to exact
tolerances. Once a part is drafted, it is then sent to our
machinery for processing. We will be happy to share our
in-house produced shop drawings by hard copy, e-mail or on a floppy
disk to our customers. Feel free to ask for your copy when
placing your order. |

| SDS Computer Software |
Stewart Felty Incorporated utilizes software developed
by Shop Data Systems Incorporated to manage its' CNC data. SDS
provides a standard fittings library and nesting capability.
The interactive nesting system arranges the pieces for maximum
efficiency and minimum scrap, then creates the necessary computer
codes to drive the controller. |

| MG Systems CNC Plasma Cutter |
Our CNC Plasma Cutting System cuts through metals like
butter. Its movement is analogous to a large printer which
draws the outline of the same shapes that are seen on the computer
screen. Temperatures of up to 60,000 degrees are achieved
within the tiny torch itself while cutting through metals up to 1/2
inch thick. Torch cutting speeds vary, depending on material,
from 30 to 1000 inches per minute. |

| Amada AP100 Punch Plus Software |
Our AP100 premium software was designed by industry leaders
specifically to automate CAD-CAM development and operations.
The system uses the most current operating systems and GUIs,
allowing the software to work seamlessly within an operating system.

| LVD CNC Controls |
Our LVD Guillotine Shears and LVD Hydraulic Press brakes have
CNC controls to allow the control of gauge setting, calculations and
pause time between strokes. These controls allow the
machinery to be utilized in long and/or repetitive production runs
with maximum quality, efficiency and safety. |

In 1998, designed custom software to handle our dynamic job
logging systems. This software was produced in-house to our
specifications and allows us to manage our business from meaningful,
